A strange feeling/Un sentiment ciudat

“You get a strange feeling when you’re about to leave a place. Like you’ll not only miss the people you love but you’ll miss the person you are now at this time and this place, because you’ll never be this way ever again.”

Azar Nafisi, Reading Lolita in Tehran

A walk of gratitude/O plimbare de recunostinta

Just imagine…a bright sunny day. You are in Santorini, Greece and you are planning to go on a boat trip, but as you go down does paved stairs you stop for a moment to admire the view. It’s an amazing panoramic view and you are suddenly filled with joy and gratitude for all there is. You give thanks for the blue of the sky and see, for the fuchsia color of the flowers, for the immensity that lays beneath your eyes. You give thanks to the All-Loving Higher Intelligence and you continue with your walk.

Have an amazing rest of the day! 🙂

Just imagine…/Imagineaza-ti…

Gratitude: Just imagine that you are going down that path…you are on your spring getaway and you are taking a walk back to your hotel. Up here you can see the sea, you admire her deep blue color and you give thanks for that color, for that sea, for the sun that sprinkles light in the waves of the sea. You give thanks for the quietness of that place, for the bird’s song that you hear far away but that rejoices your soul. You are glad that you have the time and money to be there, and you give thanks. You give thanks for loving yourself for what you are and you give thanks for the pure, unconditional and warm love that comes from above, from the All-Loving Higher-Intelligence.

Have a beautiful and joyful day! 🙂
